Mohanji Annakshetra, Badrinath

Due to sub-zero temperatures, remote logistics, and limited local infrastructure, ensuring reliable access to fundamental necessities—such as hot meals and basic healthcare—remains a persistent humanitarian challenge in this high-altitude ecosystem.

The Mohanji Annakshetra, operated under the stewardship of Ammucare Charitable Trust, is a dedicated social welfare initiative focused on addressing food insecurity and basic care in Badrinath. Guided by the principle of selfless service, the project operates a permanent kitchen facility providing free, nutritious, freshly prepared meals (Annadaan) to everyone without discrimination.
