This website is operated by Ammucare Charitable Trust, a public charitable trust registered in India (Registration No. 664 / 4 / 2003 TCR SR), with its registered office at Pathirisseri, Puthur, Palakkad, Kerala, India.

By accessing or using this website, or by making a donation, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

- introduce any virus, malware or harmful code;
- use the site’s content, images or marks in a way not permitted under section 6;

4. Donations
- All donations are voluntary. A donation does not create any obligation on the Trust towards the donor, and confers no ownership, membership or control over the Trust or its work.
- Donations are applied towards Ammucare’s charitable objects. Where you direct a gift to a particular cause, we will apply it to that cause; if that need is already met, we may apply it to a closely related purpose.
- Donations eligible for deduction under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 will be receipted on provision of the required details, including PAN. Your own tax position is your responsibility, and you should take your own advice.
- Contributions from outside India are accepted only in accordance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, into our designated FCRA account.
- Refunds are governed by our Donation & Refund Policy.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. Your use of the gateway is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the gateway or your bank.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, the “Ammucare” name and roundel, photographs, videos and their arrangement — is owned by Ammucare Charitable Trust or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other applicable laws. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use any content or mark for any other purpose, including commercial use, without our prior written permission. The photographs on this site depict real people and are used with care; they may not be downloaded or reused.
7. Third-party links
This site may link to other websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, or for their privacy or security practices.
