His primary focus is on ensuring that donor funds are utilised for their intended purposes while meticulously managing finances to optimise resource utilisation. With a keen eye for detail, Kamesh is dedicated to streamlining financial operations, ensuring efficiency and transparency across all initiatives.

Shaju Mangalam is an accomplished professional with over 26 years of experience in the field of economic and trade policy advocacy. He currently serves as the regional head of one of India’s apex industry associations. Throughout his career, he has been a driving force behind numerous successful initiatives and campaigns aimed at promoting the growth and development of the Indian economy. In addition to his professional achievements, he is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. He believes that businesses have a responsibility to give back to the communities they serve and has worked tirelessly to promote sustainable development and social welfare programmes in India. Shaju has been associated with Ammucare since its inception in 2003 and actively guides the organisation on various strategic initiatives, especially those related to building and strengthening relationships with the corporate world.
Nikunj is a social entrepreneur and a fashion designer from the National Institute of Fashion Technology. She has been a part of the fashion and design industry for nearly 19 years, including her role as a design educator. She has experience working with leading export houses in Mumbai for almost ten years and has served as the India Head of ‘Best Karma Designs’. She was the Head of the Fashion Design Department at Arka Jain University, Jharkhand, where she helped lay the foundation of the department by designing the curriculum and planning the infrastructure. She is the founder of Ahimsa Imprints, a brand dedicated to sustainable and responsible products handmade by rural women trained under Ammucare’s Act for Women Project, which she spearheads.
Manoranjan Sahu is a valued member of Ammucare’s Finance team, bringing extensive expertise with a postgraduate degree in Commerce and an MBA in Finance. With over 13 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, he currently holds the esteemed position of Finance and Commercial Head at a renowned organisation. In his role at Ammucare, Manoranjan oversees financial operations, including receipts, payments, and vendor management, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organisation’s financial activities.
A postgraduate in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi, he has more than four decades of diverse experience in civil engineering and construction. He has been involved in the development of several large-scale infrastructure projects and township development projects in India and Malaysia. He is passionate about sustainable development projects and believes that most sustainable infrastructure projects are, in essence, social engineering initiatives that must be people-centric in their design and conceptualisation.
Bharat Gada is a distinguished professional with a multifaceted career that includes ownership of a publicly traded company, extensive investment in commercial properties over the past 40 years, and a deep commitment to social welfare through Ammucare. Since joining Ammucare in 2018, he has spearheaded impactful initiatives that reflect his values of service and compassion. His contributions include operating a kitchen that provides meals to children in Ganeshpuri and Badlapur, participating in extensive tree plantation drives across Maharashtra, feeding animals, and distributing sanitary pads in tribal areas. Through these efforts, Bharat Gada lives by Mohanji’s teachings, embodying service, compassion, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful change in the world. His diverse initiatives reflect a holistic approach to welfare, addressing environmental sustainability, animal welfare, and community well-being.
Deepali Bais is a qualified professional, holding a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, complemented by an M.B.A. in Human Resources. She is also a certified counsellor, reflecting her diverse skill set. With an impressive career spanning 15 years at renowned organisations such as Reliance Industries and IBM, Deepali transitioned from the corporate world to dedicate herself to humanitarian pursuits. Since 2011, she has been an integral part of Ammucare, serving as its Vice President until 2017 and subsequently contributing as an esteemed member of the Advisory Board. She is also a passionate advocate for the preservation of India’s cultural heritage, spearheading initiatives to uplift and empower weavers and artisans across the country. Deepali exemplifies a blend of professional excellence and compassionate leadership, leaving a meaningful impact in both the corporate and philanthropic spheres.
Kishore Mundanat is an IT professional with over 23 years of experience in the industry. Alongside his professional career, he passionately contributes to social causes such as addressing hunger, supporting education for underprivileged children, and promoting environmental sustainability. He has been actively working on the ground in these areas, gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by communities. He has played an instrumental role in Ammucare by helping establish an old age home in Tiruvannamalai that provides care and support to the destitute and those without family support. The home welcomes individuals in need, irrespective of social barriers.
