This year, Ammucare is bringing the spirit of Annadaan to seven sacred locations — Haridwar, Varanasi (Kashi), Badrinath, Kedarnath, Trimbakeshwar, Beed, and Ujjain — from 26th September to 10th October 2026.

Through this special Pitru Paksha Annadaan Seva, meals will be offered to people in need, pilgrims, sadhus and communities across these locations.

Why Annadaan? Food is more than nourishment. It is an offering of compassion, dignity and care. During Pitru Paksha, offering food in remembrance of our ancestors is traditionally regarded as a meaningful act of charity and seva. It is a way to express gratitude for those who came before us while extending kindness to those who need it today.
