Ujjain, one of the seven sacred cities of India, is home to the revered Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga — where Lord Shiva is worshipped as Mahakal, the eternal ruler of time. Every act of seva here is magnified by the divine presence of Mahakal and the sanctity of the Shipra.

In this land of devotion and renunciation, Ammucare inaugurated the Ujjain Annakshetra on 19th April 2026, a dedicated food seva initiative serving around 100 sadhus, wandering monks, and pilgrims daily at Ram Ghat. Continuing the sacred tradition of Annadaan, this offering sustains those who walk the path of austerity and surrender at the feet of Lord Mahakal.

In Mohanji Annakshetra in Ujjain, we serve nutritious hot meals every day to the sadhus, pilgrims, devotees visiting there. Last week alone, we served over 300 meals, and over 1,900 meals during the previous month.
