Chitrakoot, a sacred land sanctified by the presence of Lord Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, and Lord Hanuman, holds a timeless place in India’s spiritual heritage. It is believed that Lord Hanuman Himself comes in human form to accept offerings made with devotion—making every act of Annadaan here a divine communion.

On 1st June 2025, Ammucare inaugurated the Chitrakoot Annakshetralaya, a dedicated food seva initiative that now serves around 100 wandering monks, sadhus, and pilgrims daily. In this holy terrain, where every footstep echoes with devotion, each meal offered becomes a sacred blessing.

In Mohanji Annakshetra in Chitrakoot, we serve nutritious hot meals every day to the sadhus, pilgrims, devotees visiting there. Last week alone, we served over 300 meals, and over 1,900 meals during the previous month.
