Campaign Story
Support Mohanji Ka Aangan, Jammu
Established by Ammucare Charitable Trust as the flagship center of the initiative, Mohanji Ka Aangan in Jammu offers underprivileged children a transformative, holistic space to grow. What makes this pioneer center truly special is its innovative farm-to-meal model combined with an active live kitchen. Here, children experience the full journey of food—learning how to sow seeds, nurture crops, and harvest fresh produce, which is then prepared into wholesome, freshly cooked daily meals on-site—a comprehensive effort reflected in the center's monthly budget. Alongside this practical lesson in sustainability and nutrition, the center provides essential academic guidance, moral values, and life-skills education. By instilling self-reliance, environmental care, and healthy habits from a young age, the Jammu Aangan nurtures well-rounded, conscious individuals.
Beneficiaries: 40 kids
Monthly Cost: ₹25,000
